Terms of Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Payment is made in cash and collected on the day of the tour by the assigned driver.
- Foreign currency payments are converted according to the applicable daily exchange rate.
- Free cancellation: cancel more than 24 hours before pickup with no cancellation fee.
- Late cancellation within 24 hours of pickup is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
- No-show: a 100% no-show charge applies if guests do not arrive without prior notice.
