Payment Policy
Package With Hotel: A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation.
Package Without Hotel: No deposit is required. Full payment is made upon arrival in Bali.
Currency Exchange: We accept major international currencies. Payments made in currencies other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) will be calculated according to the applicable daily exchange rate.
Cancellation Policy
Package With Hotel: Cancellations made at least 21 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund. Deposits or full payments are non-refundable for cancellations made within 21 days of arrival.
Package Without Hotel: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.
No-Show Policy: For both package options, guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled tour without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
