Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.
No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive at the agreed pick-up location without providing prior notice will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
